After spending the week in Cabo with my only major decisions being which bikini to wear and do I want salt or no salt, it's an adjustment coming back to the cold realities of normal life. As I wash the last bit of sand out of my hair I hope that warm Mexico memories can carry me through to the spring.
I'm happy to report that Henry did so well on our trip, that I dare describe him as being delightful. This, of course, is in comparison with the disaster that could have been, but I'm so proud of him and a little bit proud of myself as well. I don't know if it was my excessive packing job or the hours spent looking at pictures and talking about what to expect, but I'm pretty sure my super, awesome parenting skills had something to do with it.
Henry watches the cows take their morning walk on the beach.
